After sitting down and talking to Josh we started to feel a lot more comfortable about getting a vehicle. We decided we would look at a new 2019 Camry and instantly fell in love. After sitting down and talking to Josh about the process we started to fill out paperwork. He was able to land us a deal we absolutely loved, The payment is super affordable and the service package included ensures us that we will never have to worry about not having reliable transportation. Staff that listened to the buyer I always dread buying a car because the sales experience leaves me feeling “used and abused”. Most experiences leave me feeling like the sales staff is trying to tell me what I want. This experience was the opposite. THEY DON'T LISTEN!! DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT! I went in, said I was looking for a used Toyota SUV, but loved 4Runner, max around $20 K. I was quickly DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT! I went in, said I was looking for a used Toyota SUV, but loved 4Runner, max around $20 K. I was quickly routed to consider leasing a NEW vehicle. I said that is not something I have done before, and didn't think I wanted to do that, but was willing to "consider". Was sent home for weekend with a new 4Runner to try out. NICE!! Brought it back, decided to look for something smaller. In order to give us some numbers/offers, they wanted to look at our used care for trade in possibility. DON'T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR KEYS!!! Walk out with them and open your car, but hold on to the keys. Why? Because it took us over an hour to say "No, this is not what we want to do, but thanks". Didn't listen. We asked for our keys back. They came back with more numbers.. We asked for our keys back, they came back with more numbers.....this went on for 45 minutes, and still we didn't have our keys. We were pressured beyond belief, and the word NO does not exist in the salesman's category. My wife was very upset. I will NEVER EVER return to LHM!! Go to the place that says that they listen, because LHM does not train their people that way. (PS, the friendliness is fake, but I still gave it a 2, because it was a great performance) More
VERY Poor Experience We came in to look for a used Corolla with 40k miles and under and he showed us two vehicles pre-detail and pre-shop, the first vehicle was a Camry hy We came in to look for a used Corolla with 40k miles and under and he showed us two vehicles pre-detail and pre-shop, the first vehicle was a Camry hybrid with 81k miles that looked beat to crap... both vehicles were absolutely filthy and I was completely dissatisfied as soon as he brought the first one in, I will never be interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership due to the fact that I didn’t feel that he cared about his customer, only his pocket, he had us walk the lot with him and told us that he could show us any car we wanted but we wouldn’t be able to get to the satisfied payment due to being a first time buyer as well as saying if we weren’t there, he would be smoking cigars and watching videos in the back... I’m sorry but how could you say something like this to a customer and expect a 5 star review More

Trying to resolve a simple issue...no luck after three days I just bought a used car at Larry H Miller Toyota in Peoria. The car buying process wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. However, when I picked up I just bought a used car at Larry H Miller Toyota in Peoria. The car buying process wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. However, when I picked up my car I quickly noticed a few things. First, I was told repeatedly that the car would be "gassed up and detailed" when I picked it up. I purchased the car on Tuesday and picked it up on Wednesday, so they had plenty of time to do this. In fact, on Tuesday as I was making payment I was told that the car was "in detail now." But when I picked it up, the car had clearly not been washed or detailed. There were a few stains on the passenger seat that were still there and the whole exterior was dusty and had a few bird droppings or mud splatters. In addition, the gas tank was under half a tank. Second, the windshield is chipped in three places. I didn't see these during the test drive as it was raining. It's not a big deal, I get that I did not see them, but it has that gross "gotcha" feel like they were just hoping no one would notice and they could get away with it. Finally, and the thing that may be the most troubling, the sticker on the car shows that it is 3000 miles over the mileage recommended for the next oil change. I took photos of these things and sent an email to LHM within about an hour of picking up the car. I figured this would be an easy fix- an apology for the oversight and an offer for me to come in this weekend for an oil change (or service records showing they changed the oil) and a detail on the car. A half tank of gas would be nice too, but the oil and detail are the main concerns. Easy to fix, right? Nope. I cannot get anyone to respond to me. No response to my emails to multiple accounts. Then I found that they have a text function, so I sent a text and asked them to follow up with the person I emailed. Which they said they did, and that I would be contacted within business hours. Still no response all day Thursday. And no response in my email this morning. So I sent another text and the response I get is, guess what, someone will get back to me "within business hours." I am beyond frustrated and the fact that they are continuing to avoid communicating with me tells me that they are not interested in customer service or living up to their word, they are interested in getting paid and getting you out the door. Sure, they are a business, that is what they do. I just expected more from a large dealership. Instead, they are living up to the reputation of all used car lots everywhere- say whatever you have to say to get the money and get them out the door and who cares what happens after that! A big disappointment. More
