Great place to buy a car but there service department needs some work. Had to take work off 2 days in a row as they just reset the code in the first time instead of even looking into the malfunction code needs some work. Second day they actually looked at it, said they would get if fixed. Called me to say the part would not be there until the next morning and they would get it taken care of first thing...didn’t even get a call until after 3 pm...not first thing in my mind! I feel like better communication was needed. They admitted the part that broke is thin plastic and this time it was under warranty but now I have an expensive new car I am afraid to drive as I don’t want anything to break and be without a car for days at my own expense!!! This is the 3rd car we have bought from this dealership but with the service it will likely be our last from them. More

Very rude and treated me like I had no clue on what they were talking about. Was not impressed at all. Said they ran my car out of gas. But when I dropped it off had over half a tank. Toyota Highlander My wife and I visited the dealership on Saturday, September 28 to view their used car inventory. Due to price we ended up test-driving the Highlander My wife and I visited the dealership on Saturday, September 28 to view their used car inventory. Due to price we ended up test-driving the Highlander. We loved the car but wouldn't commit to a purchase. We came back the following Monday, September 30, to test-drive the RAV4. We loved this car also but it was just a little too small for our comfort, so we were back to the Highlander. The sales staff (Ash & Mitch) were wonderful to work with. We had a fixed amount for a downpayment and a payment amount that we couldn't exceed. Both Ash and Mitch worked with us and we were finally able to get the payment where we needed. We had to do a 3-year lease to get there, which wasn't ideal, but it worked for us. Everyone at the dealership was very kind as we negotiated pricing. We never felt rushed or pressured! This treatment was a key factor in buying a new car when we thought we couldn't afford one. We highly recommend this dealership. They are rock stars!!! More
