Not that MM was unsatisfactory, it's just that the people at LHMr were more res We switched having our 2007 serviced at Mark Miller to Larry H Miller. Not that MM was unsatisfactory, it's just that the people at LHMr were more responsive and worked with us to meet our maintenance goals. We had both major and minor/scheduled service performed over a handful of visits within the last year or so and the service personnel were always courteous and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Romit and Mary Jane who listened to our specifics and delivered great pricing options. The mechanic Braxton was also very up-front and open about the condition of what was found under the hood. Good service is sometimes hard to find, especially from a dealer, but I'm happy to keep working with the LHM folks. More

Broken Promises/Trust Issues Went in for first 5K services on new Rav4. Told 1 hr for apt. Got there told 1.5 hr, actual time almost 2hrs. Promised carwash with service, was informed carwash broke. When I said I still wanted a carwash at some point the service person said sneeringly, “If you didn’t make an appointment you would be twice as long.” I know the actual time to complete the oil change, rotate tires, and look the car over took only about 20 minutes, as my car sat in parking lot for the remainder of the time. Little if any customer interest in my needs or questions, more like get in take a number, sit down, wait, and don’t ask questions. If they can’t keep their word on time and carwash do I trust them to be competent with my investment? I observed more people up front managing, and part of time goofing around, than actual mechanics working on cars. This all gives the appearance of bad costumer respect, and lack of professionalism. More
