Poor experience Had an appt for 11 am, arrived early. Was told to sit or stay by my car and the person I scheduled with would be over to help me out. The car was still wet with plenty of water xxxxxxall over the exterior. The interior had not bee touched and there were water spots on the windshield and on the exterior rear-view mirrors. If you really want to demonstrate that you really care about the customer, there are few additional items to do in the car wash - vacuum the interior floors and seats, wipe down the interior and wipe out the places in the front seat area where things are always using. Finally, wipe down the windows inside and out and wipe of the water puddles on the surface of the car so that water marks don't result. That's the kind of service that would keep me coming back. More
