I will never buy another car from this dealership. When I traded in my old car they lowballed me because they said it had structural damage. They sold it to me like that. Now I come in for service on my wife traded in my old car they lowballed me because they said it had structural damage. They sold it to me like that. Now I come in for service on my wife’s car. They failed to rotate tires. Now I bring my car in with small blemishes. HOGO protection plan does not cover anything. They didn’t even wash my car on my 15000 mile service. Bad bad bad! More

This must just be a higher volume dealership than the one I usually go to a couple of miles north in Salt lake. I went to the “express” lane for oil change & tire rotation. The oil change took 2 1/2 hours, the tire rotation was not performed at all. Two individuals asked what I wanted done that day. I told them both “oil change & tire rotation”. Maybe the 5,00-mile service does not include a tire rotation? But, that is what I requested. I would have paid for it. I have owned Toyota Land Cruisers since 2013 and never waited that long for oil change.. Obviously, LHM is a great dealership. But, far too busy for me. I won’t be back. More
