Friendly, helpful....but slow. The staff were helpful, friendly and seemed competent (it was just an oil change). My only concerns were the long wait and crowded waiting area. AMAZING Experience Tyler Ahn was so helpful, knowledgable and willing to talk me through all the different types of snow tires. I even called him a few different times to be sure about spending the money and the ones I needed for the canyons. He was so helpful and made my experience fantastic I will never go anywhere else. Also the lYFT ride home is SO nice!! You always need a ride somewhere and it helps make it easy to bring your car in and be able to go to work. Larry H really takes care of their customers. My experience with the service department was good. I do think 4 hours to change 2 light bulbs is a bit long but I also understand that they had to order the bulbs. So overall my experience was good. I would like to comment on what happened in the waiting area. It is rude, inconsiderate and socially unacceptable for me or anyone to walk in and put my feet on the furniture in the waiting area. But it was fine for 2 patrons to bring their non-service dogs in and allow them to climb all over the furniture. One gentleman brought his very large dog in and he was laying and sitting on the chair row that I was sitting on. I was uncomfortable with this so I moved to a different location. Another lady brought her non-service dog in and placed it on one of the tables. There is little difference between someone putting their shoes on the table and a dog sitting, laying, or standing on the furniture. I have no problem with people who have service dogs and bring them in to businesses. But those dogs do not climb on the furniture. They are well behaved dogs who know proper manners. I hope that this situation is an isolated event. But the way the staff at the dealership interacted with these animals and their owner’s tell me differently. As a result I will not be sitting or using any of the furniture in the waiting area. And I will probably not return to this service department. Which is unfortunate because it is close to my house and my dealings with Nathan Lawes was good. More
Tyler was great. Had a fun talk about dogs. I brought the car in for an oil change. The only reason I gave 4 stars is it took longer than it should have.
