The service rep was great otherwise the visit was disappointing. The heater went out on a relatively new car. It was a very time-consuming and expensive repair. The floor mats were dirty also. And I don't really know how it happens but for the past three or four times I have taken my car in they have broken my front license plate cover and bent my license plate. They always replace it but it happens quite frequently. More
