I took my vehicle in for service and because of warning light. This is the second visit for the warning light. Both times I have arrived at 7 AM, only to find at 4 PM that the warning light issue was not light. This is the second visit for the warning light. Both times I have arrived at 7 AM, only to find at 4 PM that the warning light issue was not addressed. Again, this has happened twice. I find it hard to believe that in a 8 hr shift that a solution is not found. In addition to having the car for countless hours, requesting more time, I was not offered a loaner car. What happened to Customer Service? More

Took my car in because the check engine light was on. My normal service coordinator that I like to use Craig Warner was off for the weekend. We dropped the car off on Thursday evening just before closing t normal service coordinator that I like to use Craig Warner was off for the weekend. We dropped the car off on Thursday evening just before closing time. By 4:15 on Friday had not heard anything so called to see what was going on. They told us what the problem was and what the cost wears being fixed. We were quite surprised that they were fixing it without being told what the problem was or what the cost was. After another appointment that morning we called to see if the car was ready we were on hold for 4 to 5 minutes. They told us the car was ready. When we went to pick the car up we paid for the service. Asked where the car was parked and they didn’t know where. The service person took the keys and walked around the parking lot pushing the button to elect him to where the car was parked. In the meantime I located the vehicle myself. Walked over to the car it’s still had the tag number in the floor mats inside and to my frustration the car hadn’t even been run through the car wash. Probably one of the worst experiences we’ve had with having our car serviced. More

It took an hour and a half to do an oil change.
