Eric, Lance, and Steve made buying a car from Larry H Miller Toyota a great experience instead of a stressful one after my older 4Runner was totaled by a snow plow and I was stuck in Utah. Charged more than we were told for no additional services. They were running a promotion recently that we qualified for. We told them the service items we needed completed and received a quote. 48 hours late They were running a promotion recently that we qualified for. We told them the service items we needed completed and received a quote. 48 hours later they completed all of the services requested, but supposedly missed one of the items on the bid which suddenly increased the cost of our service by $300. We were on the hook for their error. More
