Service for Prius Recall I left my Prius for a recall for a software update. A dealer representative called to tell me about the recall and make an appointment (big plus). LHM also offered to pick up my car and return it (very nice). I made an appointment and dropped it off, but had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone could help me. LHM returned the car to my home (very helpful). My only concern was the wait time to get service. When I've been to LHM in the past, I had to wait at the dealer for about 3 hours to get a simple oil change and inspection. Another Toyota dealer that I've been to in Bountiful consistently provides much faster service, otherwise, they seem comparable. More
