I'm not sure what it is Mr. Johnson you would glean from a conversation with me. My review pretty much says it all. The time it took to perform the simple oil service and tire rotation only took about 30 minute to complete, but I would venture to guess that was because the service advisor, knowing I was not happy, put a rush on what would normally take 45 to 60 minutes based on my past experiences. Also there were only three or four other cars in the service area when I was eventually helped, and when I passed through the service desk area on my way to the waiting area there were three or four individuals dressed like service advisors would be, standing around a service counter talking. It didn't look good to me as a customer that had been waiting almost 15 minutes for someone to assist me.
