Drive 15 minutes south to get better service, honest pricing and skilled mechanics. Was quoted pricing and when u got to the dealership it changed. Poor communication. My husband and I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma and are so grateful for the awesome team that we worked with. Mark charged me about I brought my car in for service and to install/slide in the door plastic trim protector which came off but nothing was broken. Mark charged me about $75 including taxes (service was covered for 2 years as I bought my car at LHM) for 30 mins or labor. I walked to my car and it was not installed. Mark walks back and puts it on in 2 minutes. No parts no 30 minute service. Also after the service none of my notifications that the car needs maintenance are muted and kept interrupting our weekend long drive. Feel ripped off and ignored as a customer. More
I made an appointment for 11:30. I arrived at 11:30 drove into the service area when the automatic garage door opened and sat there with my door open for almost 15 minutes before someone approached the car a into the service area when the automatic garage door opened and sat there with my door open for almost 15 minutes before someone approached the car and asked me if I had been helped. During that 15 minute wait several individuals walked into and out of the service greeting area with one individual sitting 20' away at a computer the whole time who did not even turn and acknowledge my presents. The last time was a 20 minute wait for a simple tire air pressure check. More
Made an appointment for 2:30 for a simple oil change.they did not keep me up to date on why is was taking so long. I texted and waited but no reply. They finally called my name at 5:45. No explanation, just pointed me out the door to where my car was. I had bought the 3 oil change package so I had already paid. I noticed 2 others were called when I was and they didn't need to pay either. I think they leave the customers that have already paid at the end so we can't complain. Not happy at all. More
