Exceeded my expectations I have bought 4 toyotas from Toyota of El Cajon and one Toyota from Toyota of San Diego. This was my first time shopping for a new Toyota at Bob Baker Toyota in lemon Grove. Ralph was our sales guy who greeted us in the most kind and respectful manner out of any of the dealerships. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us in great detail. We had our child with us he was very good with her and sat with us throughout the entire process.
