Tough Getting There BUT We Did I had a bottom line I didn’t want to cross. If they had just met me there right away we could have saved hours. We eventually got there, but not without a bunch of back and forth. I came to get a key fob battery and they asked when I was going to replace my 12 year old Prius. After incessant calls from them for a week I let them give it a shot. I have to say the General Manager, Axel, and Darren were quite pleasant. The secretaries weren’t professional playing on their phones and listening to videos very loudly while working. They had donuts, coffee, and great water. They accommodated me needing to leave and come back to sign papers. Signing papers too no time about 15 minutes which was quite nice. There was a scratch on the driver door they are going to fix. So make sure to inspect your car before driving off the lot. More

The purchase was great. The experience after was a mess. The purchase of our car was great. The car needed repairs that were noted before we drove home. The 3 month ordeal that ensued was horrible. It’s like no one at lemon grove Toyota has ever sold a car that wasn’t a Toyota product. Every time I came in I had to retell the story. Every time I came in someone else from the dealership had to verify that what I said was correct by checking it on my car themselves. I spoke to more than 8 people about the repairs at separate times. I had to take my car to your service department twice without any resolution. I took it to a ford dealership 3 separate times before it could actually be fixed because your dealership had me use the warranty I purchased rather than fixing it themselves-and my warranty had a deductible I was not willing to pay since the repairs were the dealerships responsibility. I even called and talked to your general manger towards the end of this ordeal-hoping that he could simply fix this mess. He apparently tossed my issue to yet another salesman who called me and needed me to tell him the whole story AGAIN. If the general manager was going to pass on a customer issue the least he could’ve done was relay what the problem was. Worst customer service ever. It has been a lesson learned and I will never again drive a car home that is not in full working order. So no, I would not recommend your dealership to anyone. If I had no issues with car then it would’ve been a perfect experience-but that’s point right? When you have issues with the product you buy, that’s when you see the real customer service come thru. And sadly your dealership treated me as if they had no idea how to handle repairs on a product that was anything other than a Toyota. I had a very easy going attitude thru 3/4th of the 3 months trying to get the repairs done, however in the end you finally exhausted my patience. More
