Trudy is the BEST We have used Trudy as our service advisor since the 1980's. She is always exactly the same. Misleading I told the dealership online the year make and mileage of my vehicle to get an oil change. They told me that it would cost me 19.95 for the convention I told the dealership online the year make and mileage of my vehicle to get an oil change. They told me that it would cost me 19.95 for the conventional oil change and sent me a coupon. When I arrived the next morning the told me my vehicle takes synthetic oil so the price would be 50.00. I canceled the the oil change and went somewhere else. The dealership ship should have honored there mistake. But since they didn’t I didn’t trust them handling my car. More
