Been coming to this location for over 15 years since it was known as another name. We're long time customers and my family has purchased 5 vehicles in that course of that time. I bought a 2019 corolla hatc was known as another name. We're long time customers and my family has purchased 5 vehicles in that course of that time. I bought a 2019 corolla hatchback that experienced a failing transmission and even though I was under the power train warranty they denied me. Trudy my long term service advisor didn't even care, she said she'd try and help us since we've been there so long. This car was one of the cars being used to ferry my wife to her cancer treatments. Yes amid all this my wife was battling stage 3 breast cancer. But did we get any help from Larry H Miller to honor the warranty? Nope. They charged me $175 to do a diagnostic despite this being under warranty. They charged me to tell me the same thing I told them. Disappointed how a dealership of all those years would treat a long time customer like that. Loyalty and brand reliability means nothing to them. Toyota corporate offered to help some but why should I need to pay a single dime if it's UNDER WARRANTY. I ended up going to another dealership where they promptly checked diagnosed and verified that indeed everything was supposed to be done through warranty. I didn't pay anything. This was done by the book. I wrote an email to Robert Patch the manager at Larry H Miller about this situation. He promptly responded and apologized. He said he would speak to his team about this situation and would get back to me. It's been over a month and no response despite several emails. Typical as the bad customer service goes all the way the ladder. I find not returning a customers email highly unprofessional especially if you said you would or see their emails. Never again. More
We had an awesome experience purchasing our new Camry at your dealership. Our salesman Art Taylor was excellant, he was professional and knowledgeable about our hybrid Camry. Our finance person Hector was your dealership. Our salesman Art Taylor was excellant, he was professional and knowledgeable about our hybrid Camry. Our finance person Hector was also nice, and made the purchasing process quick and easy. Overhaul experience was a 10! We would recommend the dealership and Art Taylor to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota vehicle. More
This dealership is absolute ridiculous, if I could do zero stars I would. I did a deposit for a vehicle with the sales person Benito who said I had to do it in person because I needed to sign some papers zero stars I would. I did a deposit for a vehicle with the sales person Benito who said I had to do it in person because I needed to sign some papers, I left work to do so and didn’t sign anything as he stated, decided two weeks later not to move forward with vehicle I did deposit on and now I am asking for a refund, no response back from sales person for days. Keep texting and finally get a response and stating I need to drive all the way down from temecula to get a refund they won’t do it otherwise even though they have all my info. Every other Toyota dealer I’ve ever dealt with doesn’t require you to come in person. I ask him to ask the managers for me and he stated they said no. He then tells me to call finance and I call and they tell me no. Absolute terrible service from this sales person and the managers here. Will not be doing business here nor referring anyone else to them. More

This dealership provided awesome customer service. When my husband and I went to this dealership we worried about how much they marked up their new cars. We were in the market for a Prius Prime, I cal When my husband and I went to this dealership we worried about how much they marked up their new cars. We were in the market for a Prius Prime, I called multiple dealerships in San Diego and none of them had any in stock and the ones that were in transit were already pre sold. We were in the area and from far away I spotted two new Prius Primes on their lot. At first I wondered if they had them because they marked them up a ridiculous amount, I was wrong. Although they did have them marked up it was nowhere near what other dealerships in this county are marking their cars up. We talked to Javier, a very friendly and patient young man. He showed us the car and we got to test drive the car, this was the first new Prius Prime we got to see since no dealerships have them in stock. We ended up leaving the first time because we were having problems with our bank, we wanted to trade our Jeep for the Prius. After doing more research we decided to keep the Jeep and trade our Subaru, it was a new Subaru we purchased months before but we were not happy with the MPG it gave us. The second time we were in the area and again I saw two more new Prius Prime, and no they were not the same ones we saw weeks before, they were a different color. This review is getting too long, long story short, we came home in my new Prius Prime. I can’t thank Javier, Joe, and Little Joe enough, they all did a great job. I hesitated to have them run our credit because I was not okay with the amount they offered us on our trade. Joe talked to us and explained that he needed to run our application to see what he could do to help us get my car. Joe told us that he would be clear with the numbers and explain everything. I’m happy that he convinced me to submit the application because at the end of all this I felt that Joe did all he could to sell us the car. We’ve been buying cars since 1998 here in San Diego and this is the first dealership were I saw the managers walk around the dealership. Little Joe is another manager and he walked around looking at all the customers and checked on his employees. Toyota Lemon Grove seems like all their employees are one big family, it was nice to be around them. I’ll be recommending Lemon Grove Toyota to all my friends and family. We’ll be back to this dealership when it’s time to buy my youngest child he car. More
