I took in my vehicle today to get the oil change done and Scott was my service advisor. I would totally recommend him. Every trip to Larry H Miller Service is worse than the last. Today I spent ten minutes waiting (blocking) the street due to a back up of cars on their service drive. I finally dropped off my car. I asked last. Today I spent ten minutes waiting (blocking) the street due to a back up of cars on their service drive. I finally dropped off my car. I asked about the 25k service. There is no oil change. They check fluid levels, tires, etc. An hour later I get a message that my car needs a new air filter and wheel alignment. I decline. A coulple minutes later I get a notification my car is done. When I pick up my car the documentation says my tires were checked. I look at the tire pressure sensors and it's 34/34/32/28. The paperwork says they're all 35. From appearances they did nothing. I have no idea if they rotated the tires but I suspect they didn't. I'm utterly disappointed with this xxxx. I swear something goes incredibly wrong with every service there. More

This was my first service on my 2023 Venza. I was 3rd in line for a 7AM appointment. At 6:50 I was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman doing the initial check in. Sharply at 7 the doors I was 3rd in line for a 7AM appointment. At 6:50 I was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman doing the initial check in. Sharply at 7 the doors were opened and I entered the service area. Within a couple of minutes I was greeted by Allen who explain the process and estimated a 45 minute timeframe. Within 40 minutes my car was ready. Allen answered one question and I was on my way before 8AM. More
