Dear Frank, We apologize you're having mechanical failures on your 2006 RAV4. As part of our multi-point inspection, we found the oil to be at normal levels. We did not change the oil. As you stated it , prior to your visit to our dealership. Therefore, you declined us changing the oil. Please note, there could have been some warning signs that your son may have noticed; the oil pressure indicator would be low, a warning light, possible noise engine, and burning smell from the engine area. Unfortunately, you purchased the vehicle from a private party with a pre-existing condition, before your service done with us back in July. Dear Frank, We apologize you're having mechanical failures on your 2006 RAV4. As part of our multi-point inspection, we found the oil to be at normal levels. We did not change the oil. You stated the vehicle was recently purchased from and the oil had been previously changed. Therefore, you declined us changing the oil. it's impossible to burn 5 quarts of oil for less than two months since my last service with Larry H. Millers. The cost to fix your lack service mistake is $7,200 and you offered $700 discount, which is really nothing. if your mechanic really checked the oil this problem wouldn't happened. I give you an open check to fix everything wrong with the car and you charged me $2535.00 just that visit alone.
