I purchased my Tacoma from this dealership in 2003, brand new 2004 model. Over the next 2 years I had it serviced at this location. My Tacoma was scratched and dinged by the service technicians they're. I wa new 2004 model. Over the next 2 years I had it serviced at this location. My Tacoma was scratched and dinged by the service technicians they're. I was charged for work and parts that was not accomplished. After that I did my own work on my Tacoma. Also...This dealership preys on senior citizens! Charging for work that was requested to be performed when it actually was not. Over charging for parts and labor, unnecessary and shoddy work. They charged my parents for unneeded parts and labor charges on their vehicles. My Tacoma was the first Toyota I had purchased, and it was the last. More

Quality toyota is the most unfriendly dealer after you sign the paper work do not get warranties get somewhere else or buy the car in a different toyota i bought a toyota corolla 2007 new now everytime i sign the paper work do not get warranties get somewhere else or buy the car in a different toyota i bought a toyota corolla 2007 new now everytime i need to go to service the car is a trip that i do not want to do they take 3 to 4 hours to change the oil even when you have an appoitment,Monday5.21.07 i will go to my near BBB an place a formal complaint.
