Excellent service !!! I had a flat tire and happened to leave after service hrs on Sat and I got the vehicle ready by Monday. It was covered under Toyota Wheels and Tires I had a flat tire and happened to leave after service hrs on Sat and I got the vehicle ready by Monday. It was covered under Toyota Wheels and Tires and my tires got replaced brand new. Very happy with the service. Also got a complimentary shuttle ride back to pick-up by my wife. Special thanks to Paul for coordinating all the efforts !!! Good job Guys !!! Keep it up !!! More
Deserves NO Stars This is not the first issue I have had with the service department. I should have learned my lesson and not have taken my truck there any more. This w This is not the first issue I have had with the service department. I should have learned my lesson and not have taken my truck there any more. This was the last time. My truck needed expensive service and I could've taken it to one other place for $200 cheaper, but Toyota promised me my truck would be ready today and I need it to get to work in the morning, so I left it at Toyota. Their phones have been down so yesterday the service person called me from his cell phone. I tried to reach him today, but I didn't get an answer. I later found out it was his day off. I went to the service department assuming they kept their promise and my car was ready, since I did not receive any phone call. I walked up to the service department and the manager and 2 others were at a computer screen, so I inquired about my car. The manager told me to go to the cashier, which has always meant the car is ready. I sent my ride home. The cashier called the service department, which were the same people that told me to go to her. They said it was not ready, so I had to go back and I had to call my ride back to pick me up. Did anyone apologize to me for the inconvenience? NO!! The service managers is obviously the problem. His excuse: "Our phones were down." No apology at all. Their attitude clearly told me that they could not have cared less. I told him that all of them have cell phones and he didn't answer me. Tomorrow, I have to get a ride to and from work. I paid more money for no reason. I'll never do this again. I don't know what type of service department they are running there, but it's definitely getting worse. If I could put no stars I would. More

Great service in Corona @ Larry Miller!!! I always drive more than 30 miles to this dealership because the service and mechanics are far superior than any dealership in my area. I have three I always drive more than 30 miles to this dealership because the service and mechanics are far superior than any dealership in my area. I have three other dealers closer but I've been going here since 2007 and they've been fair and reasonable for almost ten years. Repairs have been done correctly the first time and wait time is about right for most of the normal services. All recalls were taken care of with no issues or further issues. I highly recommend LH Miller over any dealership in a 50 mile radius. I've been to two others with poor to horrible experiences. Too long to list and don't need to because I head straight to Corona with zero issues! More
