Always great Service on my Rav 4 My car had not been in for service in awhile since the last 3 months been sitting in the garage due to the Virus. I called for an appointment and got the time I needed. I always leave the car and go back home. Paul did an excellent job as usual and even called me to get my brakes serviced. Had an appointment and was told 3-4 hours. Took Uber home and as soon as I got home. Got a call stating it was done. 2018 4R Service I normally don't have anything say about their service because it's always been so good. This time however, was different. I am preparing for a knee r I normally don't have anything say about their service because it's always been so good. This time however, was different. I am preparing for a knee replacement and all my muscles are extremely sore from walking and getting up and down from sitting. After the paper work was signed the service representative showed me to the waiting area (I told him I was waiting for the car). After sitting there for a little while I decided to sit on the bench outside for some fresh air and away from everyone. After about 2 hours and wanting to get home to relax I went to the cashier to see when my car would be ready. She went through a stack papers and pulled out mine and said it was ready. It turned out they had looked all over for me and even called my house 30 miles away (good luck I can barely walk). No one thought of looking at the bench right outside the waiting area. When I got inside the car I was tired and a little upset but not as upset as when I looked at the windshield. When I drove in I had some large bugs smashed on my windshield. I guess someone tested the windshield wipers. They worked! They spread bug juice all over the windshield. Someone could very easily have cleaned the windows. More
I bring my car for extended warranty service every 5,000 miles. I make an appointment first thing in the morning. Although they usually estimate 2 hours, it is typically 3 hours so I go home & return with a miles. I make an appointment first thing in the morning. They are doing well during COVID-19 with reduced staffing and safety measures and good attitude about changes. More
