I made an appointment for the day after I called. Unfortunately they put it on list of same day which was past the allotted time. It is ridiculous they call to make an appointment we set up an appointment for first thing in the morning at 7 AM we are there by 6:35 AM we are the second person there they start at seven all we’re doing i up an appointment for first thing in the morning at 7 AM we are there by 6:35 AM we are the second person there they start at seven all we’re doing is having an oil change and regular maintenance service it took two hours what’s the point of making an appointment??? Then they want to sell us filters for the engine and the glove compartment for $100 with installation (YouTube it it is so simple) and if we wanted the car washed it would’ve been another hour and then my husband asked if they put windshield wiper fluid because the last time we went it looked like just plain water he said if we wanted windshield wiper fluid it would cost five dollars more can’t wait until we get our last oil changed there and then never going back. I was sad when Paul retired from LHM in Corona because he was great since 2008!!! I have had a great experience the last few visits w/ Angel as our new guy for the rest of our Toyota service needs going forw was great since 2008!!!
