My appointment was at 1pm. Was checked in by Steven @1:20. Was told by Steven my car would be ready in 1 hour in half. I had to ask for my car by 3pm got out by 3:30 or so. I don't understand why make a appointment when the service person was going to lunch. I would not recommend LHM to anyone. Toyota of Orange all the way!
