I will complain about one issue, today I had a service done ( oil and filter change) I was seated in the waiting area of the dealership. Once the service was completed a text was sent which I missed, it wasn't untill I got up 44 min later to ask did I realize my car was done. The guy who helped me, didnt contact me or even remember that I was waiting. This is the first time this has happened to me. Usually service is flawless, will definitely be going back to my original guy for service. More
I was there 9:30am for my 9:45am appointment I chosen waiting during the service. The service rep knew o was waiting at the waiting room. It like 30 feet away from the service desk area. @ 11:30am he tex waiting during the service. The service rep knew o was waiting at the waiting room. It like 30 feet away from the service desk area. @ 11:30am he texted me that combined two links. One is the recommended repair another one is the repair statues. I clicked on a link that shows the status of repair. I had no idea there was another links for repair recommendations. I waited until 2:30pm then went to the service desk asked for my vehicle. The service told me that they sent out the recommendations since 11:30. I didn’t know it. He should had com to the waiting room and tell me in person if you haven’t answered the text. If I didn’t come to service desk to ask them. I might have to wait until the shop is closed. I want you the service department service me as a human been. I love Toyota and it dealers very much. Please don’t treat your customers like a machine. Thank you. I am very disappointed today More

Well back in the day when Chris Jackson was my service manager I trusted your service department. Since I have received a new service manager not so much. Both my wife’s vehicle and mine have never been manager I trusted your service department. Since I have received a new service manager not so much. Both my wife’s vehicle and mine have never been serviced anywhere but your dealership. My vehicle is still under full warranty. But it seems as though every time I bring either vehicle in they always find something wrong that isn’t covered under warranty. Example, my wife’s vehicle was serviced in January and we received a clean bill of health. A month later we had a part fail. After inspection we were told it would be $2500 to repair the broken part and several other issues. When I questioned this due to inspection completed 30 days prior they Dropped the price to $1800. We paid and had work completed. Last weekend I brought my Tacoma in for oil change. Vehicle has passed every inspection until this one. My vehicle has less than 13,000 miles on it and I was told it needed a full alignment. And of course this is the one thing not covered under my warranty. I took it to a family friend and he checked it out and said it didn’t appear any alignment would have been necessary. Also I have one of those gadgets in my vehicle that runs diagnostics and it never told me there was an issue. So based on that I am seriously considering not using your dealership for service. Bring Chris Jackson back and I will reconsider. More

8 hours and my dent is still visible. Sent a text after 6 hours with no reply. Finally got a different text that my truck was ready.
