4 hour oil change. Went to get an oil change and was told need an appointment. OK next day was fine. Arrived at 9:40 am for a 9:45 appointment. Most lube locations do it in less than 30 minutes. OK as long as I can use their shuttle service. Well waited about a half hour for UBER to show up nice ride home about a mile. Received call that additional service should be performed. Changed V belt. Received call all was done would dispatch UBER for pick up. 1/2 hour later I called to get status of UBER. No cars available have no time scheduled for pick up. I asked if an attendant could drive my car here and I would drive attendant back. Waited for return call. Called again shuttle service said they would send someone to pick me up. Wait again. Finally all was completed. Expensive oil change and service but I only do this about once a year at the dealership. More
Toyota of Corona is outstanding. Their customer service was top notch and their employees are very knowledgeable. They bend over backwards to make sure you get what you’re looking for at the best price the was top notch and their employees are very knowledgeable. And on top of that one of the worker's was looking through my midd affected their service or what, but it took them a hole day just to do my service. And on top of that one of the worker's was looking through my middle console of my car trying to find something to steal. So i will never be going back to this particular dealer for service again. Excellent service since day 1 for me (I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla). Will always come here for service/maintenance to be done. They always explain things to you (recommendations, etc). I had a service appointment for tire rotation and point inspection, and I took 3-4 hours to be done. Too long of wait for minor service. I also overheard employees tell 2 customers who did NOT have an appo inspection, and I took 3-4 hours to be done. Too long of wait for minor service. I had an appointment in Saturday 6/13 at 9:45 upon no appointment was noted for me. I had spoke to manager Dustin who transferred me to service and scheduled the appointment so it was odd that I didn’t c appointment was noted for me. I spoke with Lorena which is wonderful and said don’t worry we will make it right. She checked my vehicle in and didn’t wait long. Lorena has great customer service and values her customers. I was happy with my repairs and she communicated with me throughout the service by phone and advised me what was needed for now. I have purchased 3 Toyota vehicles in the past 25 years from this dealership. I never had an until recently. Yesterday I brought in my 2010 Toyota Corolla LED for an oil change. I had an appointment for 9:45 am with Lorena Gleana. Upon my arrival she told me that it would take 3 hours for an oil change! I was very disappointed. I took my business elsewhere. 3 hours waiting for an oil change is unheard of. More
