I recently purchased a 2020 Tacoma from Larry H Miller Toyota in Corona, Ca. I wanted my truck fully loaded and had built it many times on the official website so I knew exactly what comes in each option. Toyota in Corona, Ca. My complaint is not with sales or service, they are with finance and management. I ordered my gray truck with the blackout package. I didn't want any chrome on the truck. They had the truck for 3 1/2 days to install 6 options. When I picked up the truck I noticed they didn't install the black exhaust tip,( shown on the website as part of the blackout package). They said to wait and a finance guy came out to tell me the exhaust tip wasn't included. I showed them the $415 option on the website and it included the tip. They charged me the same price as the one with the tip. They informed me it only comes that way if you order from the factory. Asked the finance guy what sense does it make to order a partial blackout package. No response. This is a $95 part on it's own. Just paid $50k for the truck and they stiffed me for $95. And they won't budge. Had to order one on line and install it myself. It's now a $190 black chrome tip. I hope they think a bad review is better than just installing what the Real Toyota says is part of the package or even just treating a customer right. BTW, I was never notified that it wasn't included until they were done. They drew a line in the sand with me for $95. I wouldn't recommend LHM to anyone looking for a Toyota but if they still choose to, check that everything you ordered is on the vehicle. Good luck! More
