Took one of my trucks in last week for an oil change and the service was great. When I went to pick up my truck I made an appointment for my other truck for today with Gabby but my appointment did not show the service was great. I payed to do oil changes it was like 3 for $100 . I thought it was a good deal but when you make an appointment they do not tell you that you will have to wait three hours because they do not have the thought it was a good deal but when you make an appointment they do not tell you that you will have to wait three hours because they do not have the help. I went to get my car serviced and get new rear brakes. I talked with Johnathon and he was very helpful and explained everything that was going to be done to my car. He also explained that because they were doing the breaks the wait time might be longer. I was prepared but still nice to be notified. He showed me the waiting room. It was clean and everyone was socially distanced. My car was finished before the amount of time I was told. Joe Ehlert also came by to check on me and the progress of my car.
