Hello, Thanks for getting back to me to look into my recent experience with Corona Toyota. I didn’t notice any further contact from you so I thought I would just follow up with my experience. The latest interaction with Saul (the manager of Corona) was early July, he called me to not to talk about my recent experience with Corona but about some documents they had forgot to have me sign prior to receiving my car. Some of the documents he wanted me to sign was related to DMV, which they had previously messed up on my address so I haven’t received my plates yet. Other documents he wanted me to sign were the sales contract and etc. He explained that the system they used for online sales did not properly keep the documents nor did they properly ask for the documents to be signed during the sale. Calling me out of the blue to randomly fill out documents that should have been signed prior to sale was an odd and unpleasant experience.

Bait and switch service charges - There is a tire pressure sensor light on. I was charged $175 just to diagnose and tell me there is an issue. A $800 charge is hidden to actually repair. More
