I leased a vehicle on 03 MAY 2024 and sold my vehicle to the dealer to cover the down payment for the lease. the purchase was positive but now it has been over 6 weeks and I have yet to receive my trade in the dealer to cover the down payment for the lease. the purchase was positive but now it has been over 6 weeks and I have yet to receive my trade in check for $ 13,000.I have attempted to discuss the issue multiple times with the dealer to get an update on my trade in check but they have been unresponsive.
