The general manager, Michael Schepise, and his sales staff went above and beyond to get me and my wife a great deal on a pre-owned EV. Mark Colacchio was a great salesman. The dealership gave us more on our trade-in than some of the other dealers had offered. They didn't haggle us with the purchase price or addon products. The EV we purchased was a non-Toyota brand and the GM offered to provide us with a Toyota charging cable that we could use at home with the included adapter for the car. Unfortunately, we later found out that there were no additional charging cables available in stock. A true man of his word, Mr. Schepise offered to send us his own person mobile charger from a vehicle that he had recently sold that was the same brand (OEM) as our EV. I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership and would encourage anyone I knew to shop here to get a great deal! More

Recently bought a Toyota Corolla hybrid from Corona dealership because of their competitive prices and the option for delivery, but the whole experience buying online was a nightmare. What seemed to be dealership because of their competitive prices and the option for delivery, but the whole experience buying online was a nightmare. What seemed to be an easy and smooth process ended up very confusing and frustrating ordeal. Confirmation of payment can take very long when buying with credit card, therefore delaying when they can transport the car. By the time they delivered the car, it took the whole process a month, I seriously thought I was scammed out of $26k. The rep I spoke to was nice and tried his best but I just wished he was more proactive on updating me throughout the whole process. Waiting a month for a car that didn’t seem to be coming and with no updates along the way made me highly anxious, I had to call several times myself to check in about when my car would be delivered. Talking to the manager was no help as well, if anything he was dismissive when I spoke to him. Its been 2 months since I had officially bought the car, and one month since I received the car and I have yet to receive my license plates and title. I had to call the rep and ask for an update only to realize they had down the wrong address and would have to wait longer for them to fix the issues with DMV. The whole ordeal with buying a car online from Corona Toyota has been a nightmare, not sure if I would ever try to buy from them again. More
Bait and switch service charges - There is a tire pressure sensor light on. I was charged $175 just to diagnose and tell me there is an issue.
