Staff is curious and I was in and out within 10. Minutes and Uber arrived in 3 minutes. When my car was ready, Uber came in 2 minutes and I picked up my car in 5 minutes. It was all good and quick. I had a fantastic buying experience at Larry Miller Toyota. Claudia was great to work with. I asked for a couple different options on two different trucks, and she nailed it. Claudia's friendly profess Toyota. Claudia was great to work with. I asked for a couple different options on two different trucks, and she nailed it. Claudia's friendly professionalism, and extra effort was the best I've had in a long time. Claudia's manager, Sandro, was great to deal with as well. Sandro went the extra step to help me understand the lease process a little better, and he too went the extra mile to get the deal done. The final step was with Chako, in finance. Again, top notch experience. Chako didn't pressure me with all the add-ons, while still offering and explaining my options. Everyone I encountered at LHM Toyota is the reason I will be back for my next Toyota. More
