Paul Gotenbos, Service Manager has provided excellent technical advise over the past four years when responding to my questions regarding maintenance issues about my (and my sons') automobiles. Barbara Romero, Fleet Sales Manager has also been outstanding in honestly answering my questions concerning competitive pricing, and the financial merits of retaining my "old" Toyota automobile or trading it for a new vehicle. I have dealt exclusively with these two individuals since moving to Eastvale in Sept. 2010. Quality Toyota is one of worst Totoya Dealer. I bought a new 2014 Toyota Camry SE on 3/22/2014 and the hastles I went through is just not worth visiting Quality Toyota. Sales people are the worst and don't new 2014 Toyota Camry SE on 3/22/2014 and the hastles I went through is just not worth visiting Quality Toyota. I worked with Jeremy on buying my first car and he was very helpful and treated me with respect. He didn't treat me like a first time buyer at all and never tried to pitch me anything like a normal desper very helpful and treated me with respect. I purchased my Tacoma from this dealership in 2003, brand new 2004 model. Over the next 2 years I had it serviced at this location. My Tacoma was scratched and dinged by the service technicians they're. I wa new 2004 model. Over the next 2 years I had it serviced at this location. Also...This dealership preys on senior citizens! Charging for work that was requested to be performed when it actually was not. Over charging for parts and labor, unnecessary and shoddy work. They charged my parents for unneeded parts and labor charges on their vehicles. My Tacoma was the first Toyota I had purchased, and it was the last. More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Salesman Luis Castro used deceptive practices to attempt to sell us a car via the Costco Auto Buying program. Over the course of two weeks he used deceptive pricing, att used deceptive practices to attempt to sell us a car via the Costco Auto Buying program. Over the course of two weeks he used deceptive pricing, attempted a bait and switch and then attempted to take the "Costco pricing discount" off the MSRP and not the dealer invoice price. A difference of thousands of dollars! After filing complaints with Toyota Motor and Quality Toyota I was put in touch with Larry Tuff "Customer Relations Manager" who was aggressive and rude on the phone and his only argument was that "I was not really a Costco member". For the record, we are executive members and have been for over 15 years. He raised his voice and attempted to place the blame on me. This was truly the WORST experience I have ever had with a car dealership. More
