Rudy was very friendly over the phone and I decided to come in the same day to double check on their offers. Rudy greeted my family and I so professionally. While we were discussing the offer I liked, Edgar came and answered every question, even if they were asked twice. Unfortunately, since I had come in late at night I was not able to drive off with my new 2015 Toyota Corolla LE until 4/09/2015. However, I am still excited about my new first car and the offer that I was given! Thank you Rudy and Edgar! I recommend them to anyone! More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE This dealership is one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever endured. It began with a phone call with a sales representa This dealership is one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever endured. It began with a phone call with a sales representative, and ended with a phone call to a general manager. I have never left a business so disgusted by the manner at which my husband and I were treated. Our experience began with a listing for a car that we found on cars.com that illustrated a new listing. My husband called the sales department (Don Davis) and spoke to a representative that illustrated the car was sold. After a review of the car fax, it became hard to believe that the car was bought the day prior and had already sold. So he called back and asked to speak with someone else, who went out of their way and located the vehicle. We drove forty- five miles to the dealership and the experience was very professional. The sales rep who we spoke to earlier on that day prepared another sales rep to assist us (Hector Zarate). We took it for a test drive and then proceeded to sit down to talk about numbers (Frank Davilla). We had full intention of purchasing THAT car that night. Upon the discussion of numbers it came to our attention that there had been a misprint on the website we originally found. So they were not interested in any further negotiations since they had decided to honor the misprinted price (this misprint was not our fault, it was a clerical error). After careful review of the vehicle, there was substantial damage to the car that required extensive repair. After the discussion of the misprinted price they agreed to honor the price and repair the damages. However, after further discussion with the reps manager they said they could only repair the minor damages. So we instructed him that we would think about it and re-inspect the car. After the re-inspection, we came back agreed one again to this new agreement. However, once again the agreement changed. The rep told us that they had decided not to fix anything. At this point, we asked to speak with the manager. He wouldn’t even come and speak to us; we had to go to him. As we entered his office, he sat in his chair with a very smug look on his face (Kevin Pham, Sales Manager). He was the MOST unprofessional individual I have ever encountered. He was extremely rude and obscene to me and my husband. He pretty much told us that he didn’t need us to buy the vehicle and that we could buy the car or get out of his office. He had absolutely no interest on providing us any customer service; he made us feel like we were the inconvenience. The misprint price advertisement was held against us through the duration of our experience, when this had absolutely nothing to do with us. It is a normal circumstance to go into a car dealership and negotiate a car price. However, they had absolutely no interest in negotiating with us. They figured they were doing a favor for us already. The entire time I was in the dealership I felt as though we were the problem. We left the dealership that night and expressed that we could sleep on the deal and get back to them. A day in half later we called them back and said that we were ready to purchase the vehicle and we going to the bank to get the check but to our dismay they changed the price again on the advertisement and our no longer honor the price from a day in half ago. My husband requested to speak with the manager (Kevin Pham) from that night and he refused to speak to him. So my husband located the phone number of the general manager (Joe Ehlert) and spoke with him at great lengths. My husband expressed his concerns and told him that he was still interested in the car if they could honor that original price. Unfortunately, he did not respond back to us in regards to this deal as he said he would. Both my husband and I have been in the customer service industry for a number of years. Both of us could not believe that we were treated so poorly. If it was not for the particularity of what we were looking for in a vehicle we would not have taken a second look at this dealership. If the president of this business had the knowledge of how his business was treating his patrons, he would probably roll over in his grave. These types of businesses thrive of their customer service scores and this is where the disbelief came from. I purchased many vehicles over the years and have never been so mistreated in my life. There is absolute no reason why any individual should be treated like this. I have received better customer service at an IN N OUT burger joint than here. I strongly advise anyone not to purchase a vehicle here. We made several attempts to allow these representatives to rectify this awful situation; however, they had no interest to alter our perception of this business. More

Great experience . Went to a different dealer first and felt like we were being talked into a bad deal. Left that dealership and went to LHM. Bought a car in about an . Everyone was honest and upfront. We will definitely buy our next Toyota from LHM. Thanks for making the experience wonderful. More
