My service adviser Richard Gluck has too many appointments at the same time and other Advisers did not make an attempt to help. I had to wait for over 15 minutes to talk to Richard, all this time he was working as hard and fast as he could. More

I was told that my service would be about 4+ hours so I asked if they give loaners like most dealers on extended service. However I was told that I need a lexus for that. Not exactly the best response after I was told loaners are provided by someone over the phone as well as corporate. I hope that this is something you look to incorporate. I wasn't able to leave the car because of this reason. More
