My service adviser Richard Gluck has too many appointments at the same time and other Advisers did not make an attempt to help. I had to wait for over 15 minutes to talk to Richard, all this time he was working as hard and fast as he could. More

Not exactly the best response after I was told loaners are provided by someone over the phone as well as corporate. I hope that this is something you look to incorporate. I wasn't able to leave the car because of this reason. More
