Rich was very patient with all of my questions, great at communicating with me throughout the day to let me know the status and price of my car. I was not happy about the price but I had no other choice but to get my trunk fixed. One of my favorite parts about my morning visit was walking in the lobby and finding Kenny's donuts and fresh hot coffee!! Soooo yummy! Now that's above the neck customer service right there! I did not have to wait very long for the shuttle ride. Max 15 minutes and they were prompt with picking me up as well upon the completion of my car. Both of my shuttle drivers were very friendly and I felt very comfortable! Thank you Larry Miller Toyota and Rich for the great service during my visit! I appreciated it! More
