I actually already paid for nowhere on windows sticker did it state did not have adaptive cruise control, nor back up sensors have tried to resolve problem with Dealer and have contacted Ford. This needs to be resolved paid for, and wanted all safety options as I have vascular dementia, and cirrhosis and permanently disabled so I can be as safe of Driver for myself my loved ones and people around me , as I will probably as disease progresses have to drive 200 miles to Salt Lake city or Las Vegas for treatment and I live in Cedar City, Utah, and these items that are safety items I paid for and wish to have without additional cost. I have been lied to buy them given numerous stories and do not trust them for this reason. If I had to do over again, I would’ve purchased it from CedarCity Ford. Thank you sincerely, Steven Kuehn. Today I brought my mustang in For the second time in less than a month. There was a recall on it and in addition to the recall, the screen in the middle only connects some of the time. When I dropped off the car at the scheduled appointment this morning they said they only do recall on Saturday. (I feel like they should have mentioned that when I scheduled The appointment and they asked why I was bringing it in and they I mentioned BOTH issues. They did not let me know only one of those things could be completed. I scheduled another appointment a couple of weeks ago, and spent half the day without my car only to find out they did not have the recall part in stock? Why would you schedule an appointment without the parts available? They also did not attempt to fix the middle screen then either. Now I have to schedule a third appointment to fix the middle screen. xxx??? When I called to schedule this last appointment I was frustrated and the man I spoke with said something like—- I don’t have to talk to you when you speak to me this way. I didn’t cuss at him, I didn’t call him names, when you don’t do your job and I have to live with out my car and not work, I get to be frustrated, princess. Especially if I have to bring my car in 3 times in one month to have the same things I originally scheduled done. They would not provide a loaner car either. 85000$ for a car that does not work reliably in less than a year is unacceptable. Throw in really lousy customer service at Larry H miler Ford in Draper and it will be the last Ford I ever buy. More
An absolute nightmare experience with this dealership, that Saturday buying a used truck from Eric Timothy the used car manager he is a habitual liar. Not the best experience, seller Diego really sucks at his job. The car we got had issues that “got looked at” before we left. I fixed the problems a few days later. These morons supposedly fixed my windshield wiper fluid pump (jet) that squirts the fluid onto your windshield, but right after supposedly fixing or replacing it, it would only work briefly, then barely sq pump (jet) that squirts the fluid onto your windshield, but right after supposedly fixing or replacing it, it would only work briefly, then barely squirt out, apparently there is a leak, but they were too unwilling to investigate it further taking it back to them the second time, so I guess I will have to take it to a willing fixer and not assume I’m simply out of fluid like they did. I can’t keep wasting my time with them, they seem nearly incompetent! More
I had a problem with my remote key fob not working after battery replacement. I called the service department and they were able to get me in quickly. Matthew in service took care of the problem within a fe battery replacement. I called the service department and they were able to get me in quickly.
