I was very disappointed with the level of communication when my fleet vehicle required service. When they were trying to diagnose what the problem was I was told at one point that "the tech cannot determin when my fleet vehicle required service. When I received notification that the vehicle was finally ready to be picked up I drove to the dealership. Upon arriving I spotted my truck parked outside and parked directly next to it. When I went into the dealership to obtain the keys I was told that it wouldn't be ready until 6pm and that it was currently on a lift in the shop. I'm unsure of why the tech clearly lied to me? On top of that, when I got back home I popped the hood to discover that the top of the fuse panel was laying loosely in the corner of the engine bay and had collected water droplets as it was a rainy day. I hope that I don't encounter any electrical issues in the near future. Overall a poor display of detail and customer service. More

DO NOT get your vehicle repaired at Larry Miller Ford in SLC, UT. During a simple oil change appointment they told me my truck needed "Immediate Attention" to have the coolant fluid flushed/replaced and the SLC, UT. I had both of those things done and paid for 6 months prior at this same service center. Makes me wonder if they actually did those repairs the first time. They were blatantly tryin to rip me off.
