Attempts to sneak estimate fees from you Have had repair work done here for 10 hrs. Mostly routine. Then I had a big problem so I knew I needed an estimate. Wow. They wanted An $85 fee for ea Have had repair work done here for 10 hrs. Mostly routine. Then I had a big problem so I knew I needed an estimate. Wow. They wanted An $85 fee for each item subject to repair... The estimate fee was a fortune. And, worst of all, they never told me there was a fee until I wanted my car returned to me so I could take it to a “real” repair shop.. We settled for half... and trust me .. I will never return.. It gets better and better... I shopped around until until I found a fair price. LMFord wanted over $1550 for the repair. I’m getting it done in Park City for $850. Wow. I’d tell you the name of the shop, but then they’d be overwhelmed with work and I’d never get my car fixed. Call me selfish. Finally, the car in question is old .. it needs to be replaced .. guess who is NOT in the r inning to replace it.?..lol More

Customer service is an afterthought These guys cant seem to get out of their own way and do what is right for the customer. Dropped car off for service. No call all day so I called lat These guys cant seem to get out of their own way and do what is right for the customer. Dropped car off for service. No call all day so I called later in the day to find out what was going on. No answer from "my" representative. Next I called the front desk and they transferred me to a someone that had no idea how to help and kept trying to get me back to "my" rep who was nowhere to be found. I finally went in and noticed my vehicle was parked in the exact same location 10 hrs later. You guessed it they hadn't done anything and decided to wait to do anything when the parts were available for a major repair. They could have easily at least done the other 3 things on the list but decided it would be better just to have me come back and that somehow I would just know that was the plan without any call from them. Show up again the next day and they cant find my information and "my" rep is not available again. Still dealing with incompetent reps and was told by one that they were too busy and that's why the service was bad. So its again all about them and no one there cares about customers having to wait or call or come back or being inconvenienced. More
