In the past I’ve always given Larry Miller Ford 5 stars. Not this time. I brought my truck in to get a manufacturers recall taken care of. My truck was in the shop all day and late in the afternoon I was to Not this time. I brought my truck in to get a manufacturers recall taken care of. My truck was in the shop all day and late in the afternoon I was told the parts needed to make the required repairs were out of stock. Um. Huh? I have been instructed to call next week to see if the parts are in. (This is on me?) And I’ll need to schedule another appointment to have the repairs done. I’ve bought two trucks there and both of them have only been serviced there. To say I’m disappointed doesn’t quite cover it. More

I had service work done on my car there that should have been covered under warranty. They did not cover it. The service technician told me it had to come from the previous ford dealership, which I have l been covered under warranty. They did not cover it. The service technician told me it had to come from the previous ford dealership, which I have later learned it should have been covered at Larry H. Miller Super Ford. The Ford Dealer I recently had the work done at and Larry H. Miller Ford are all part of the same warranty service provide by Ford on parts, service and labor. There should be a data base that all of this can be verified. Thanks Lance. More

Absolute best experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. The salesperson Antonio was very courteous, efficient and understood we didn't want to spend all day at a dealer. The finance department got dealer. The salesperson Antonio was very courteous, efficient and understood we didn't want to spend all day at a dealer. The finance department got us through the purchasing process in record time. We probably didn't spend any more than 1 hour from test ride to the moment we drove off with our new Bronco. It helped that we had already researched exactly what we wanted, but they were incredible. More
