Lost the idler pulley on my truck. When the belt came apart, it did some extensive damage in the engine compartment. Nick Walker was my recommended service advisor through a friend. While the truck was there, I asked if we could check 2 other systems. Done without hesitation, and in a timely fashion. Again, right on quote. pushy salesman I told them 4 times I was looking 3 times they asked me to put money down on an order or a car. They asked if they could run some numbers for me. the I told them 4 times I was looking 3 times they asked me to put money down on an order or a car. They asked if they could run some numbers for me. the car they used was ten thousand more than I told them was my budget was. When I told him he just said we're just running numbers. I really don't know how to fathom that response if he actually was trying to help me. They had two managers come talk to me asking me about other cars. He asked if he found a 2019 would I be interested, I said yes. He came back with a car without the options I wanted. They did not listen to me when I told them what I wanted. They left the impression of hungry dogs after a sale. I cannot believe they really care about the customer when they don't even listen to the most basic things I say. I wont bother with them again.
