I have never received worst customer service, and communication from any place. My vehicle is in the shop for many weeks, and I do understand sometimes parts are backordered, none of that is a proble communication from any place. I called many times over the span of four weeks. It did not make me feel better that three of the times I called. They said they did not have my vehicle there. The first day when I drop my keys in the dropbox they admitted that they had to find them in the trash because they had been thrown away. The first call that I actually got was letting me know I would need $17,000 worth of work on the vehicle I had just purchased two weeks prior. After having my husband call all of the sudden none of that work was necessary, and the thing that they were covering would be warranty. Definitely felt like they were trying to rip me off as that is no small number. I was told eight separate occasions that somebody would call me back and never did. I was finally given an update on when it would be done and it was not but nobody let me know They needed more time. Overall terrible experience with customer service and service in general. More

Yarden, a sales manager helped in completing the sales process and making sure that all compromises were followed through on. Larry the used car manager offered a fair price on my trade in vehicle. Sal at the parts counter found, ordered, and obtained the the accessories and parts that I wanted quickly, and had them delivered to the dealership immediately after he placed the order. Ryan and Taylor in the service department helped me better understand my warranty concerns involving my new truck, working hard to follow through on a dealership promise the same day that I purchased the truck, and Thomas the dealership owner and General Manger also very quickly responded to, explained and addressed a couple of small concerns that I had involving my new Truck. I would, and have recommend this dealership to friends and other individuals who have complimented me on my new truck as well. This is the third time the transmission on our Ford Fusion hybrid has been worked in. It’s a sealed unit so only Ford can work on it. This time it was low fluid. They said that a trans axle was leaking and needed to be replaced. I reminded them that when I first contacted them I told them both trans axles had been replaced AFTER we started hearing the transmission noises. The transmissions are bad, but I’ll still have to pay for them as long as I have the car. Fun! More
