I took my Bronco in for an oil change and to update to sensor error messages appearing on the screen. I made an appointment for 10:30. I was told that these services would take about an hour so I decide sensor error messages appearing on the screen. I made an appointment for 10:30. I was told that these services would take about an hour so I decided to wait. At 2:30, I took my car, as I could not wait any longer. The oil had been changed, but no one got to the error messages. I was told that my representative was assisting other customers and he would be with me shortly. Four hours later, and not very happy, I left. The customer service here is extremely lacking. I will definitely be looking for another place to take my Ford. The dealership was inconsiderate of my time and made no apologies for not getting the work done. More

Tried first to have me pay for a powertrain issue on a truck still under warranty (22,000 miles, 4 years old). Then took three days to look the part up and claimed his computer wasn't working for just my part... Had the car for a week for a repair that should have taken one to two-days. More
