No better place to purchase a car ESPECIALLY a SUBIE I never felt as if i was being ripped off and was treated with respect from everyone that i had contact with. Customer service in service area could use work, I’ve had several frustrating experiences here. I made my appointment so I didn’t have to wait and I was told when I arrive I could wait two hours for an oil c several frustrating experiences here. I made my appointment so I didn’t have to wait and I was told when I arrive I could wait two hours for an oil change I made an appointment for. I was also wanting to know more about all the recalls released on my car and wanted to get it scheduled and received minimal help to get anything set up for that. I also have had my air caps missing on all my tires several times. I bought the package oil change but I will probably look for a new place for maintenance, after I can finally get the recalls set up and scheduled. I’ve been told one time I need to flush things and do a few hundred dollars worth of work then the next time get told that doesn’t need to be done because the car looks good. Not a lot of consistency. More
