I couldn’t have had a better experience with Larry Miller Subaru staff. Lance Hull was thorough, helpful, kind and personable. I likely wouldn’t have purchased with anyone else. The finance staff is helpful, Subaru staff. Lance Hull was thorough, helpful, kind and personable. I likely wouldn’t have purchased with anyone else. The finance staff is helpful, understanding and would do anything to help you fit payments within your budget but also get you the best, safest deal. I would recommend them over all other dealerships in the treasure valley! Also, their Better Business Bureau accredited! Which gives me and their other clients a good idea that they’re the real deal! The sales rep, Jonathan, spent a lot of time with us making sure he understood what we wanted, listing various makes and models that had the features we were looking for, and taking us on several test drives. He was also very patient in answering questions and explaining the car's features. There was no pressure to make a decision when we said we wanted to look elsewhere. He followed up that afternoon with a detailed email reviewing our visit and the features of the vehicles we had expressed an interest in. Needless to say we came back the next day and purchased one of those cars. Brian took care of the paperwork and finances and was very pleasant. Ryan helped us in the service department when we had a trailer hitch put on the car today/2 days later. He was very efficient and personable. More

I'm really enjoying my Subaru Forester. High quality, good mileage, and I like the infotainment system. The service dept lacks qualification, professionalism, accuracy to do the job throughout working on the car. Always have to bring it back after service. My car came back this time with food fingerprints accuracy to do the job throughout working on the car. Always have to bring it back after service. My car came back this time with food fingerprints on my drivers window and shifting plate! Very unprofessional to not only service the car but give it back to the customer better than when brought in. Would not recommend Subaru service! More

He checked my vehicle history and determined I have two additional upgrades under warranty to be installed an took care of those as well. I got a full explanation of what needed to be done and how long it would take. He checked the parts dept to see they had the necessary parts to do the job. I got a shuttle ride home and was called and picked up when the service was complete. It was my first experience at Larry Miller, but it won't be my last. More
