I Was extremely impressed with this dealership. Not only was there a friendly staff, but the waiting room was clean and had lots of coffee and water to drink. Poor communication between repair associates. Went in for an oil change and was not offered to handle a manufacturer recall until picking the car up. Now I have to spend another hour doing that next time. Oi an oil change and was not offered to handle a manufacturer recall until picking the car up. Now I have to spend another hour doing that next time. Oil changes take a full hour. Declined services still done. I purchase the 4 oil change package and 2/4 experiences have been poor now. Maybe the 3rd time will be the charm or loose me forever. More
