As we spoke of previously, we do not use any tools inside the car for an oil change and we do not wash the inside of the vehicle. Since our conversation, I as well as my Assistant Service Manager, Ryan Hatch have called you several times to follow up with you regarding a referral for tint repairs which we, unfortunately, do not do here at the dealership. Matt, I want to be clear when I left my review I had not spoken to you or Ryan about the details you are speaking about. What was so upsetting to me was I was told I would receive a call Tuesday afternoon as I came in the morning. I did not receive a call from you. I called the next day even after they had the correct number he made no effort to call me.Wednesday in the afternoon hoping that you would have called in the morning. After several times of me trying to call you and leaving a message not getting a return call I caught you on the phone. I explained briefly the situation I was concerned about my car receiving damage at your facility. You said you knew nothing about it and you would have to talk to Ryan and you would call me back. I expected a return phone call and yes I did not receive one. I waited till Friday left messages again and I did not receive a phone call on Friday. Surprisingly I received a phone call from Ryan on Saturday morning.Ryan explained the fact that you have cameras and could look at every single view of every single person who entered my car and we’re convinced that there was no way they scratch the window. I’m still not convinced that a camera could show every angle and that a ring of some sort couldn’t have scratch the window but I don’t have much else to do about it. I’m still not convinced that a camera could show every angle and that a ring of some sort couldn’t have scratched the window but I don’t have much else to do about it I have to admit Ryan was very kind in his conversation an explanation to me he even offered to do repairs at your cost and even said he would give me a loaner car to use while the work was being done. he thought the scratches were in the film and not in the glass. He explained the person that does their work on tinting windows would look at it and determine how to fix it. He did not tell me that you don’t do tinting at your facility. So my issue was the fact that I was upset number one, Number two I was promised a phone call and actually did not receive that return phone call for four days after I was promised a call. I understand Ryan told me he wrote the phone number down wrong and left a message at a wrong number. as I said I’ve been there many times so my phone number would be easy to find in your system. I am waiting now for Ryan to get back to me because were trying to determine if my car windows were actually tinted or if the glass came tinted from the factory which is what I believe. I have every confidence that Ryan will get back to me when he has the answers. I can honestly say I really like the way Ryan has responded and is trying to take care of me. As far as Matt I’ve only spoken once to him as stated above. I did not receive any messages from Matt where he supposedly tried to call me several times.Even after they had the correct number he made no effort to call me. So I don’t have much to say about him. I just wanted to clear this up so that the sequence of events were clear.I appreciate the personal commitment Ryan has made to me and he’s giving me his direct phone number which I really appreciate. So I will be corresponding with Ryan and he can just talk to Matt. I would rather not.
