The first time I came in last year, I was told I would be notified in December (2018) FINALLY, I called "you" in March and was told they were so busy they could not see me until May 1st. (Why didn't they call me in December to let me know?) Meanwhile I could not let anyone sit on the passenger side. Now I learned they put in temporary parts, thus the need to return last week. Then I was told the need for the usual repairs and replacements that would cost $2,000.00 plus. I am having the work done elsewhere for considerably less. I no longer come to Larry Miller unless it's something like a recall that will be done at no cost Oh yes, after I purchased the car, my banker told me I had been over charged $2,000.00! That tells me a great deal about your company. More
