The service was great. Took just a little over 30 minutes, and service was explained to us very well afterwards. The service person was very polite and personable. Neil Bryant is a phenomenal salesman to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He was not pushy; his main priority was to help me find what I was looking for. He offered me a copy of the CarFax right off the bat, and sat down and explained it to me. I was not pressured to purchase extra services I did not want, but rather informed they were available to me and why they would be beneficial. They were willing to negotiate with me on the price, and communicated with me clearly and respectfully. I've been present for both my sister and father when they purchased cars elsewhere, and I was surprised how seamless the process was for me comparitavely. Due to a recall, I brought my family vehicle in for an inspection as well as a repair to the transmission. Thanks to Service Dept staff, we found out the required repair was covered by manufacturer warran inspection as well as a repair to the transmission. Thanks to Service Dept staff, we found out the required repair was covered by manufacturer warranty and saved me hundreds of dollars. And to save me several hours of waiting, the complimentary shuttle delivered my little sister and me to breakfast while two crew members worked in order to shorten the time. Through their efforts, LHM Subaru saved me a great deal of time and money I was then able to spend with my family and on groceries. More
