The service department was very clean And well organized. the timing belt and water pump I came to have replaced on my 08 Outback was completed but it took an extra day than originally quoted. The work was delayed when the technician found residual motor oil on the bottom of the motor. I was called back to the service department and the service manager recommended having the head gaskets changed for an extra $2000 dollars. This is on a 2008 Subaru Outback that only has 105K miles. I inspected the residual oil and opted NOT to change the head gaskets. Further investigation showed the residual oil was coming from a leaking oil filter. Either the service manager was making this $2000 additional maintenance cost out of lack of knowledge or I was being Hustled. He said he had over 20 years experience. I felt I was being hustled. The issue with this dealership is that the wait time is extensive, even for a carwash. They don't always give you an update as to what's happening and / or at least check in with you as to your car service extensive, even for a carwash.
