I took my car in to get it fixed and get an engine harness put on it, and they ordered the wrong part so I had to wait days more than when they got it. They supposedly hooked it up and I left and foun harness put on it, and they ordered the wrong part so I had to wait days more than when they got it. They supposedly hooked it up and I left and found out that my air conditioning did not work so I had to take it back in and it was their fault. They didn’t hook it up, right my air condition did work. I got it serviced, and when I got home found out that they didn’t rotate my tires. They didn’t fill the fluids. I reached out to the service department and tried to get the service manager, but they avoided me. I will not take my car back in there , I do not like to be lied to excuses when they get caught being negligent. I’m very disappointed in Larry Miller Subaru. They used to be a really good place to go. I don’t believe customer service or work is what it used to be. More
Service was a unscheduled routine, and added on annual alignment and brake replacement rear, which I knew was coming. Was done and out while waiting within two hours. Service is easily scheduled, I was able to schedule a service on the day & time that worked for me. The dealership had a discount coupon that they provided to me! They found a couple issues that were fix service on the day & time that worked for me. The dealership had a discount coupon that they provided to me!
