The dealership is clean and the employees are friendly. This was the first time in 54 years that I had someone else change my oil. It won’t happen again. On the way home I kept smelling oil. I opened the hood and found the dipstick hanging about half way out of the tube and oil mist had sprayed out all over the driver side of the engine compartment. Also the splash guard under the oil filter was left covered in oil and is now dripping on my garage floor. I’m a disabled veteran and thought it would be nice to start having someone else service my vehicles, but I guess I should have known better. More

I bought my 2004 Subaru Outback at LarryHMiller Boise (at the previous Fairview location) and I have always gone back for Service through all these years. They seem like trustworthy people and I don’t think the previous Fairview location) and I have always gone back for Service through all these years. They seem like trustworthy people and I don’t think I’ve ever had service done that was not needed according to their expert opinion. I look forward to trading in my 2004 Outback sometime in the future when Subaru finally figures out that EV is not sustainable and gets to making hybrids. I will then get a nice used one several years after they acquire the knowledge and wisdom of making hybrids. I don’t want to get another brand so my 20yr old 2004 Suba-chan will keep me happy until that day in the future. Cheers! 頑張って日本スバル研究開発の皆さん❣️ More
