The dealership is great but sometimes the oil change people are not so good . I had my oil changed yesterday and they the person that took care of it got black oil on the outside of my door and on the d people are not so good . I was so happy with the way Subaru handled my car when I took it in for an oil change they were very responsible and fixed a problem that had been part of a manufacturer defect without any cost to me - they took it in for an oil change they were very responsible and fixed a problem that had been part of a manufacturer defect without any cost to me - they were super friendly, very supportive. Vehicle in for 30000 mile service and mini detail. Technician observed minor oil leak on oil pan necessitating 2 day turnaround. The vehicle required an extra day (not including the weekend). The only thing not performed was the mini detail- no vacuum or wipe down. More
